Hactar.space provides registered users with access to a curated set of private GitHub repositories. This Content is designed to be used with the Hactar CLI to enhance its functionality. The Hactar CLI tool itself is a separate product and is governed by its own license and terms, not these Terms of Service.
To access the Content, you must register for an account on Hactar.space. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Site.
Upon successful registration and, if applicable, payment of subscription fees, you will be granted access to the specified GitHub repositories. This access is provided via a GitHub invitation to the GitHub username you provide.
Your access is for your individual use only. You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your access rights to any other person or entity.
The Content provided in the GitHub repositories, including but not limited to text, data, and code, is the property of Mostly Useless, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Content in conjunction with the Hactar CLI for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the Site or Content for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
Publicly share, redistribute, or mirror the Content from the private GitHub repositories.
Interfere with the security-related features of the Site, including by disabling or circumventing features that prevent or limit use or copying of any Content.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and the GitHub repositories immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and access the Content will immediately cease.
The Site and Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Mostly Useless, LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
In no event shall Mostly Useless, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
